Terms of service

1. Trial only

play.platos.devis provided for evaluation. Data, conversations, and accounts may be reset at any time. There are no service-level commitments and no warranties, express or implied. The trial is provided "as is."

Production workloads need a separate conversation. Reach Winsen Labs at winsenlabs.com/consulting to start one.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the trial, rate-limit evasion, automated load, or anything that degrades it for other users.
• Use Platos for illegal activity in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Attempt to exfiltrate, scrape, or otherwise access other users' data, conversations, or accounts.
• Run a jailbreak-as-a-service or use the trial to circumvent the safety policies of the upstream LLM providers.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our private deployment configuration. (The source code is open. The infra is not.)

3. Bring your own keys (BYOK)

The trial supports BYOK across LLM providers. You are responsible for the keys you supply and for any usage charges your providers bill you under those keys. We do not pay for your inference. If you misplace a key, rotate it on your provider dashboard, we cannot recover it for you.

4. Account suspension

We may suspend or revoke trial access at our discretion for breach of these terms, abuse, or anything else that puts the shared environment at risk. We will normally email you first. For egregious abuse we may act first and explain after.

5. License carve-out

The Platos source code, available at github.com/winsenlabs/platos, is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. That license, not these terms, governs your use of the source code, your self-hosted deployments, and any forks you publish. These terms govern only this marketing site and the hosted trial.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this site (copy, screenshots, diagrams) is © the Winsen Labs team. The Platos name and mark are ours. You may reference both in technical documentation, comparison content, and integrations without permission.

7. No warranty

The site and trial are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the trial will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Winsen Labs nor its contributors are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or trial, including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Winsen Labs harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the trial, or your violation of applicable law or any third party's rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced in the changelogwith at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
